We have been forging Scimitars for over thirty five years and have made many different designs. The Gallery images here show our Evolution Scimitar which is the culmination of years of work in design and mastering. The blade and clip are hollow ground, the beveled spine sweeps into a fuller as it flows towards the tip.

The scabbard is open backed, which allows it to closely follow the contours of the blade. When sheathed, the guard fits snugly into the throat of the scabbard. The fittings are in Bronze, Silvered Bronze or Hallmarked Sterling Silver.

We are making a numbered Limited Edition of One Hundred swords, available to order individually, or as part of a cased set, comprising Sword, Short Sword and Dagger.

Including a scabbard, the Short Sword costs £4,650 with Bronze fittings or £6,850 in Sterling Silver. 

Including a scabbard, the Long Sword costs £5,650 in Bronze and £7,850 in Sterling Silver. 

Including a scabbard, the Dagger costs £3,250 in Bronze and £4,950 in Sterling Silver.

A full set in bronze would cost £11,000 or £16,250 in Sterling Silver.

As with many of our limited editions the wait for an Evolution Scimitar has, at times, exceeded ten years.  We are working hard to reduce our waiting times and for a sword with silver mounts, ordered now, you should allow around twelve months for completion. 

For a sword or shortsword with bronze mounts, we currently have one of each available from our showroom – we also have a full set available in bronze.
