This is an Oakeshott Type XVIII Medieval Sword from around the year 2000.  This sword has been fully refurbished and is in mint condition.

The blade is hollow ground from 1/4″ stock spring steel.   The grip is English ash, with a wrap and stitch leather binding in a chestnut colour. The guard and pommel are in darkened bronze.

This is an Oakeshott Type XVIII Medieval Sword from around the year 2000, this is a rare example as we only made a few of these swords with bronze mounts.  This sword has been fully refurbished and is in mint condition.

The blade is hollow ground from 1/4″ stock spring steel.   The grip is English ash, with a chestnut colour wrap and stitch leather binding. The guard and pommel are in darkened bronze.

The overall length is 37 1/2″ with a 29 3/4″ blade.  Weight approx 2lb 2oz.
