Totally hand-made in wax and lost-wax cast. Each skull is unique, scaled down from a real human skull with exceptional anatomical accuracy and detail. As with our full sized skulls, we have made a small pair of sculpted sockets to lock the mandible (lower jaw) to the skull – the sockets are inconspicuous and allow the jaw to be fixed to the skull yet still articulate. After casting the skull has been carefully finished by hand before being darkened, painstakingly polished and then Hallmarked. Incredibly accurate anatomical detail.

Fittings can be bronze, carbon steel or stainless steel and can be blackened, satin, polished or, with carbon steel, patinated.

£6,780.00 Select options This product has multiple variants. The options may be chosen on the product pageThe Evolution Scimitar is the culmination of years of work in design and mastering. This Limited Edition Sword is being produced with Bronze or Sterling Silver mounts. The Bronze version is available in three finishes: Verdigris, Bronze or Darkened Bronze. Variations are available, the canvas of colours for patination is vast.
Every item we produce is handmade and unique, even our Limited Editions. The high carbon spring steel blade is ground from 5/16th” stock (7.5mm). Blades are fully hardened and tempered to a Rockwell hardness of 54-56RC. The scabbard is leather-bound ash.
Please note: the Sword currently available from stock has darkened bronze mounts.

Limited EditionsSnaga – One Third Size
£1,980.00 Add to cartWe made the first Snaga for David Gemmell over thirty years ago. Snaga is weilded by Druss in David Gemmell’s novels.
This one third size Snaga has a turned spring steel handle and hardened and tempered carbon spring steel blades. The grips are bound with calfskin. The runic inscription “Sender The Blades Of No Return” is engraved into four panels around the handle and inlaid in silver.

Druss is 1:12 scale, standing at approximately 6″ tall. The sculpture has a two-tone darkened and highlighted finish that accentuates every intricate detail. The powerful stance of Druss and the meticulous rendition of Snaga have been crafted to perfection. A numbered limited edition of 99.

These Evolution Swords have hollow ground blades and clips, the bevelled spines sweep into a fuller and flow towards the tips. The bronze fittings have an antiqued finish.
The sword scabbards are open backed, which allows them to closely follow the contours of the blade. When sheathed, the guard fits snugly into the throat of the scabbard.
